CS Electrical services

CS Electrical services has built a strong reputation across Canberra, and the feedback consistently centres on the work of Zheng, whose name appears throughout customer accounts. Several reviewers describe his knowledge and the practical advice he offers, whether the job involves a full lighting upgrade, a kitchen renovation or a straightforward replacement of ceiling and wall lights. Punctuality and reliability are recurring themes, with customers noting that he arrives when arranged and responds quickly, including to an after-hours call that saved a household from spoiled food.

Something that features in review after review is the clarity of pricing: quotes are given upfront, the final bill matches what was agreed, and unnecessary parts are removed from the cost rather than charged. Reviewers also mention the quality of materials used and the tidiness of the finished result, along with jobs such as installing and hardwiring an oven, fitting security and home automation equipment, and setting up electric vehicle charging. Communication stands out as well, with customers describing patient explanations and respectful discussion of options. Friendliness and honesty are named repeatedly, and the same households return for later work, often recommending the business to friends and neighbours.

We are so happy with the work Zheng and his son did on our home. They completed a major lighting upgrade throughout the inside and outside of our older home, along with few other electrical jobs, and the difference is incredible. Zheng is knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. He took the time to answer all our questions, offer helpful advice, and share his professional opinion while always respecting our choices. He works efficiently, uses high-quality products, and his pricing is fair and excellent value for the quality of work. A huge thank you to Zheng, for your hard work, care, detail, and professionalism. We truly appreciate everything you've done an will be recommending you to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable electrician.

Our go to electrician for all electrical work. Prompt, reliable and efficient. Would highly recommend Zheng for any job

Enquired for a quote from this company not realising they were in a different State. Zheng still took the time and spoke to me for half an hour and answered all my queries as a first time home buyer and also gave me a lot of extra valued advice. I would definitely use this supplier if they were based in Melbourne.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my recent experience I cannot recommend Zheng and his team too highly. I used them for some extensive work about 5 or 6 years ago, and recently j had a problem with a switch. Zheng came out promptly, located the fault, explained the problem it to me, rectified it and then didn’t charge me at all! He said it was his work initially and he would fix it. I have also recommended the firm to friends and family, all whom have been delighted with his work.

We had Zheng come out last year to fix our hallway lighting and I was so impressed with his knowledge and recommendations to other parts of our home as well. Needless to say, we had him back very recently to do the main living areas of our home (per his recommendations) and the difference is incredible! They say kitchens and bathrooms sell homes, but honestly, lighting makes such a difference and is worth the investment just as much as those other areas. Zheng provided alternatives to keep costs down where possible and uses only high quality products. I did my due diligence and got another quote which was significantly cheaper but they were going to provide less than half the amount of lights Zheng recommended and they did not have a lighting design or talk through what they were planning. There is no doubt in my mind when I need electrical work completed again, Zheng will be my first call! Do yourself a favour and just go straight to Zheng - you will not be disappointed.

I have used CS Electrical three times and have always received good advice and fantastic service. I would highly recommend them based on the quality of their work. They won't oversell you and they make great suggestions of alternative ways things can be done for the best outcome and price.

Zheng helped me out greatly when faced with persistent issues with my hot water system. Not only was he highly responsive, attending to my property multiple times at short notice, but his communication skills were top-notch. He thoroughly explained the issue at hand and walked me through the repair process, making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Knowing the inconvenience and stress that the faulty hot water system was causing, Zheng graciously waived the fees for his additional visits.
