Super service, both on the phone in organising and also on the day. Everything was explained clearly and I was provided optional quotes before moving ahead. Super respectful of my space and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely be using them again
Had a long list of "little" jobs that became a full day of work. The whole crew were wonderful, from enquiry to quote to payment to completion. Replaced nearly every light in the house (which has never been so bright), added power points and new smoke detectors, and installed a new Ring floodlight. Could not be happier and will definitely use again for future electrical needs.

Complete Electrical is my electrical company of choice, based on our experience with them. In 2024 they did a major ducted heating/air conditioning repair and installation job, and we are very happy with the result. More recently, we have engaged them for 2 jobs since March 2026 and about to do so for a 3rd job. Their approach has been clearly competent and professional in doing the jobs, explaining what and why work is needed, and clearly setting out the cost details. We are quite happy with the outcome of all the work they have carried out to date, bringing our older electrical setup up to modern requirements.
highly recommend! The communication from the shopfront staff right through to the technicians was outstanding. Before arriving, the technician had already contacted Access Canberra to fully understand exactly what was required for my pool electrical certification. He was extremely informative, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The service was smooth from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
We had a new induction cooktop installed that require our power board to be updated and new line run. Very impressesed with the service, excellent communications and response to our requirement. A very professional and well organised company. The work was completed with no issues and a great attention to detail. Competitive pricing as well.
