NextUp Electrical

Dom, the electrician behind NextUp Electrical, features prominently in accounts from homeowners and apartment buyers who needed faults diagnosed and installations completed. Customers in several reviews describe how quickly enquiries were answered, with jobs booked in and carried out with efficiency, including urgent electrical problems that were resolved promptly on arrival. Reviewers repeatedly mention punctuality, noting that appointments were kept and work finished when promised. A point that comes up often is the standard of the finished result, whether tripping light circuits were traced and repaired, a bathroom heat lamp unit was supplied and fitted, or light switches were replaced to stop children using heat lamps in summer.

Customers describe quotes as competitive and pricing as fair, and they note that Dom explained what he was doing, answered questions, and provided advice on solutions. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with sites cleaned up afterwards and care taken to ensure the work was perfect rather than rushed. His manner is described as courteous, polite and easy going, and one senior customer appreciated the discount offered. Repeat business is common, with customers stating they would use him again.

We needed a few things done around the house. We had a fault that was tripping the light circuit and a few other issues. Faults were diagnosed quickly and solution suggested. Good pricing and booked in quickly. Very professional. Excellent communication. Work was great and site was left clean and tidy. No problems. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. So quick to respond to my initial query and work was booked in and done with great efficiency. Can't thank Dom enough. My mum raved about his professionalism and how tidy everything was when he was done. Would highly recommend reaching out to NextUp Electrical.

Dom is very professional, kind and provides good quotes compared to other electricians out there. He helped set up a couple of Ring cameras. He also goes above and beyond with what he's tasked to help get the job done, and seeks your advice at every step that's needed. Will probably stick with NextUp for future electrical works. Cheers Dom!

Dom didn't take any shortcuts but took the time to achieve perfection on every task. Very reasonably priced as well. Was a pleasure to deal with.

Dom did an exceptional job removing and reinstalling the electrical appliances. He booked in the job on short notice without hesitation and exceeded my expectations! I could not recommend him more.

Great communication. Happy with the work. Dom came out on time and did what he said he would. What more could you ask for? Strange that many others fail at this kind of service. I’ll definitely use Dom again.

We recently had Dom and the team at Nextup Electrical instal a tv wall mount and extra power points. They quoted fair, fast and got the work done quickly. They were super professional and communication was amazing. We were super happy with the overall service and would recommend!
