Anytime Cairns Electrical

Difficult to try and organise a time, doesn’t return calls. After a week of waiting, was then told he’ll have to get a friend to come and have a look. Someone came and had a look on the Friday and found the issue. Required an electrical component replaced and was told it could be done the following week with no extra charge (job would not take very long) Waited another week and confirmed they would come on Friday, tried calling, texting, no response. Waited all day, no one arrived. Very unprofessional service.

This is a business with old school values - a rarity in this day and age. We run a trade business in Portsmith servicing the Defence Supply chain which demands high standards of safety and quality. Bob recently assisted us to keep our electrical gear compliant, and did so promptly and in good spirits, going out of his way to service us. I was taken aback by his professionalism and cheerful service. I have now noted him down as my next go to for electrical work - thank you Bob! : )

Bob kindly helped with a power outage on Sunday, several weeks ago due to tripped switches. Guiding us over the phone with great patience and cheerfulness. Would recommend him. Am sorry for the late review, Bob. All the best.

Got myself into a bit of a desperate situation on a Sunday. Called bob and before booking things in and charging me Sunday rates, he helped me out over the phone which got everything sorted. Honest and helpful, highly recommended.

I had an issue with my old safety switch, I called bob after hours he answered straight away and was very pleasant to talk to, he talked me through a couple of problem solving things and it fixed the problem straight away, and he didn’t change me. Top bloke cheers bob thanks for your help really appreciate it.

A huge thank you to Bob for coming to the rescue when my electric gate shorted and locked us in. He showed up promptly during a busy time, found and fixed the problem quickly. An absolutely pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I called Bob outside of normal business hours, when my electrician wasn’t answering his phone, and he was very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and provided me with useful information and suggestions that resolved the issue. I’ll use him the next time I need an electrician.
