Cairns Excel Electrics

Air conditioning installation and repair, appliance servicing and broader electrical work form the core of what customers describe at this Cairns company, with reviewers noting the breadth of tasks managed in one booking. One account details a home wired for automation, covering data and electrical cabling, plus four air conditioning units swapped out during the same visit. A pattern that recurs across feedback is punctual arrival and courteous conduct, with tradespeople completing jobs to a professional standard.

Mark is named frequently, credited with asking the right diagnostic questions, providing sensible recommendations and organising follow-up work without delay. Max also appears, attending late in the week to restore a hot water system. Several reviewers describe the quotes as fair for the labour involved and appreciate having options explained before any work begins. Urgent situations feature as well, including a failed stove circuit and frozen goods at risk, both sorted without the expense that had been feared. Tidiness and a calm approach to larger installations are mentioned, and air conditioning fitted at short notice draws particular thanks.

Max was very helpful coming out late on a Friday afternoon to help get my hot water system working.

Great service and got the job done.

Cairns Excel Electrics installed an air conditioner at short notice for us. Very happy with their service.

Worst service ever! Granted it was Xmas eve but the gentleman who answered phone really didn't want to help! Sounded drunk! Called intregal electrics, they were amazing!
