Virtue Electrical

In Canberra and the surrounding region, Virtue Electrical has built a following through solar and battery work that customers describe in consistently positive terms. Several reviewers highlight solar battery installation and inverter-battery combinations added to existing solar setups, while others mention switchboard upgrades, electric vehicle charging equipment and telecommunications-related jobs. A recurring theme is punctuality: crews are repeatedly described as arriving early or exactly on schedule, including travel from Canberra to the south coast for installation work.

Reviewers often note that the team coordinates smoothly with other trades, keeping disruption to a minimum, and that questions about products, their uses and alternatives are answered promptly and politely. The quality of the finished result is praised, with installations completed within the agreed timeframe. Tidiness comes up frequently, as teams are said to clean the property throughout and remove all rubbish when finished. Named staff, particularly Pat or Patty, are singled out for professionalism from the initial quote through to handover, alongside clear explanations of the work required. Customers also mention guidance on setting up monitoring apps and follow-up checks that systems are operating correctly, with minor adjustments handled quickly and without fuss.

Top quality, efficient and proficient work. More than accommodating ensuring all our electrical needs were surpassed. Highly recommended!

We have been impressed with Virtue’s excellent customer service and communication over the last several years. The work undertaken has been of a very high quality, and completed in the timeframe specified. All staff have great knowledge of products, their uses and benefits, and alternatives, where needed. All queries are taken on board and answered in a polite and timely manner. We have, and we would again, highly recommend Virtue Electrical to anyone.

Pat and the Virtue team did a terrific job installing our solar system and extra battery stack. Professional, on time, and great advice made our transition to solar easy. Thank you Pat for exceptional service!

Turned up on time, friendly and polite service men. Cleaned up after themselves and helped me understand the installation without treating me like an idiot. Great job.

Had an inverter-battery combo hooked up to an existing solar setup. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and actually tidied-up after themselves. Great job!
