TL Electrical Services

Air conditioning work is the thread that ties much of the feedback together, with Tom credited for installing split systems that moved from an initial measure and a firm quote to completion inside a fortnight, even where room layouts and outdoor unit placements were awkward. Accounts of switchboard upgrades, new lighting, exhaust and bathroom fans, power point replacements, partial rewiring and kitchen fit-offs point to the same care. A point that comes up often is reliability, with arrivals at agreed times and fast responses, including an after-hours fault that had the power back on the same evening.

Customers describe someone who listens to the problem, explains the faults found in plain terms and keeps them informed through the job, settling on the most suitable setup. Tidy results and a proper clean-up afterwards are noted, along with honest pricing and a friendly manner. Knowledge and practical advice on electrical matters feature too, as does the prompt handling of safety checks and certificates. Repeat work on renovations and general electrical jobs shows a pattern of professional, skilled and trustworthy service.

Communication was perfect. Tom arrived on time and ready to go. Quality of service was excellent as was the cleanup. Highly recommend Tom.

We recently had Tom and his team install a new split system unit, and even with a slightly tricky room layout and outdoor unit placement, they handled it really well. They took the time to work out the best setup, and the finished result looks neat and professional. Tom was great to deal with, and we’d highly recommend him. We’ll certainly be reaching out again for any future electrical work.

Excellent service, very professional and well priced. Loving our new split system Thanks Tom!

Tom answered my phone call without issue, listened to what my electrical issue was and then dropped it to have assess the the issue on a time limit. Without his help, I would have had no electricity for the night. Thank you. I would recommend TL electrical to friends and family in the first instance.
