Buggzys Electrical & Air Conditioning Ballarat

Households and property owners around Ballarat describe a team equally comfortable with air conditioning and broader electrical work. Split system installations dominate the feedback, with multiple units fitted at single addresses, while ceiling fans, extra power points, rewiring, security cameras, Wi-Fi boosters and pump shed wiring also appear. Coordination from the office draws consistent praise, and Lisa in administration is named for keeping clients informed about scheduling and paperwork.

John receives particular mention for checking in with his crew, answering questions as they arose and reviewing completed work, which customers describe as adding confidence. Punctuality is a recurring theme, from the first quote through to the installation visit, as is the tidiness of the installers, who are said to leave properties in excellent order. Reviewers often highlight expertise and advice, especially on modernising older electrical systems and accommodating changes requested along the way.

Emergency situations come up too, such as restoring supply after an outage or swapping out a failed unit during cold weather, and the response is characterised as prompt and willing. Quotes are repeatedly called quick and reasonable, while workmanship is reported as neat and thorough, with careful attention to detail and thoughtful touches. One project took the crew beyond the city to rewire a rural property, combining air conditioners, fans, cameras, irrigation pumps and lighting.

I would like to recommend the services of Buggzy's Electrical. From the walk around, initial quote and then the adjustments we wanted. Buggzy's Electrical were attentive and accommodating. When it came to the application of the work, their attention to detail and even their initiative to touches that were not considered were thoughtful and appreciated. I have also never experienced a trade that left the home in as clean and tidy a condition as when they arrived. A month after the work had been completed, everything is working correctly and without problems.

We have had a really positive experience dealing with this company. Their responses have been timely, friendly and professional….. giving me faith that the job would be done in an orderly manner. They also upgraded my brother’s electrical board with a safety switch which I was so pleased they could do at the same time. Many thanks to the team!

Highly recommended. The team installed a split system in our home. Communication was easy from a quotation to installation. Matt was very professional, on time and very efficient. Also, Sahron from admin arranged everything on time and ensured that the job could be done smoothly.

Team was excellent, understand your requirements and execute them as per plan.

Excellent team, they solved all my problems, enjoyed emperor-like treatment after installation, thank you very much.

Excellent and friendly service. Turned up exactly when they said they would and did a very neat job of the installation of our split system and left everything neat and tidy. We are happy campers!

Very glad to get 4 split system air conditioners supplied and installed into our house, along with some extra power points and ceiling fans, work was completed to an excellent standard and communication was 10/10. Highly recommended to anyone in Ballarat who needs electrical work completed.
