Rossgo’s Electrical

Rossgo’s Electrical draws steady praise from households across Cairns for electrical work covering safety switch repairs, hot water tank faults, fan and kitchen light installations, plus air conditioning and electric vehicle charging. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is how capably the office side is managed, with Amanda singled out for arranging prompt visits, replying politely and keeping clients updated from the first call to the final check. Reviewers often mention punctuality, noting tradespeople who turned up as scheduled, including a same-day fix organised soon after an afternoon enquiry.

Workmanship earns frequent commendation for being thorough, efficient and tidy, with mess cleared away before departure. Bailey is named for his professional approach and plain explanations, Ross for taking evident care with each task, and Sam for being pleasant on site. Fair pricing and the waiving of an after-hours call-out charge are also noted, alongside courteous conduct from those who attended. Replacement work under warranty and general installation jobs are described as completed without fuss, with clear communication maintained throughout.

Quick, fast, friendly service and decently priced. Well presented & well mannered young fella who worked clean and tidied up is work area before he left. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Rossgo’s for their services and would definitely use them again. Particular thanks to Amanda for her outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure dealing with a business that genuinely values its customers. Katie Adams Adams United Lawyers

Great service, always happy to help no matter the size of the job. We’ve had these guys out for a number of things over the years and never been disappointed.

They did a competent job, but were on the phone for 45 minutes which slowed the job considerably. I didnt feel 100% confident in the work so have used others since.

Rossgo's Electrical is always our first choice for five star professional and outstanding service from every member of the team. Thank you especially to the young technician for all the awesome work he has done around our home.

Absolutely five stars for Rossgo’s Electrical! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Ross and Amanda provided fantastic communication — quick to respond, clear with advice, and always kept us in the loop. The team showed up when they said they would (a rarity these days!) and his workmanship was top-notch. You can tell Ross knows his stuff, and he takes real pride in doing the job properly. The quality of the installation was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend Rossgo’s Electrical if you want honest, expert service done right the first time.

Very impressed with the care taken by Bailey during his recent visit to carry out a fan installation. He was very thorough and professional and I would recommend him and Rossgo’s to anyone needing reliable and efficient electrical work.
