OJF Services

Reliability combined with a tidy, well-communicated finish is the theme running through feedback on OJF Services in Mackay, where customers describe a crew that arrives when promised and keeps clients informed throughout a job. Split system installations feature prominently, with additional work covering ceiling fans, power outlets, lighting, switches, antenna points and air conditioning replacements, including a diagnostic and install completed during peak season.

Oden and Jack are named for friendly, professional conduct, and one account notes a last-minute call attended within an hour, with a solution found beyond expectations. Reviewers mention that their trust was earned through fair pricing and promises honoured, while mess is cleared away at the close of each day and tradespeople are described as respectful and well mannered around the household.

The standard of the finished result is a recurring point of praise for both minor repairs and more complex electrical jobs, and the same care is reported across air conditioning cleaning, unblocking and general electrical work. Speed without loss of precision emerges often, alongside clear communication from the initial inspection through to completion, with questions patiently answered on site. Several customers note that the workmanship has led them to engage the team again for subsequent projects.

Whole team are friendly and courteous…give advance notice when they are coming… and turn up! Work done has been 10/10. Completely recommend.

Had these guys arranged by a third party for a wire up of a new pool installation. Had an idea what I wanted, but wasn't there for installation day. Came home, done exactly how I thought it would be, very neat and tidy on the routing of cables and conduit, neat job, and......No mess?? Yep....no mess!! Fast and efficient too, couple hour job, took, a couple of hours! Will definitely get them back for the next job. Thank you!

I have used OJF Services on several occasions and cannot fault their work. They deliver on their promises and their pricing is very reasonable. Thank you Jack for a job well done!

Danielle is the most prompt & respectful receptionist! Phone communications are always quick and incredibly helpful. She is an amazing asset to your team!

And just like that I stopped receiving phone calls and texts and emails. Such a fool I was to stick by them since December. Last week I called and was promised a return phone call. Still waiting. Obviously didn’t want the job which is fine by me but how about some honesty in letting us know they weren’t interested. Oh well pity because they have just missed out on extra work like 3 air cons and smoke alarms

Amazing to deal with no hassle at all on time and really easy to deal with. Had two units put in . Very happy thanks guys for your outstanding service.

Fantastic team! My job was very last minute and they were at my house within a hour of my call, went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Oden and his team!
