Surevolt Electrical & Air Conditioning Mackay

Households, landlords with tenanted properties, renovators and community groups around Mackay have all engaged this electrician, and the feedback consistently centres on Luke, whose name appears throughout the reviews. Customers describe oven, cooktop and rangehood replacements, additional downlights and power points, light repositioning, exhaust fan installation and ducting, patio fan replacement, stove wiring checks, smoke detector installation and testing, and running power to a shed, including help with trenching for cables. Customers in several reviews describe his work as meticulous and neat, and a detail many reviews return to is that he leaves the property tidier than he found it.

Arriving at the promised time is mentioned again and again, alongside prompt replies and competitive, clearly explained quotes and costs. His communication stands out, particularly keeping tenants and owners informed about potential electrical challenges and including them in the process. The same accounts note his friendly, courteous manner and his readiness to explain things clearly, and his flexibility in working around the operations of a local Mens Shed is singled out. That community upgrade met everything specified and was finished to a professional standard.

Luke was prompt in his replies, competitive in pricing and a very good and knowledgeable electrician. A very tidy tradesman who I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Luke, he recently replaced our oven, cooktop and rangehood and done a fantastic job. Have also had him around previously to add a few downlights and extra power points. Always quality work and great bloke to deal with.

Luke was able to slot in a time that suited us both to complete a list of electrical tasks around our house. We had a light repositioned , an exhaust fan replaced , stove wiring checked and existing smoke detectors checked and a new one installed. His work was completed with a high level of professionalism. He’s our go-to electrician in Mackay .

Was extremely happy with the work carried out by Surevolt, Luke done a fantastic job. Turned up to quote the job when he said he would be there and completed the work when he said it would be finished.

Luke is very professional and does great work extremely happy with what he did for us, will be using him again in the near future, He Definitely works just as well as he fishes, cheers Paul & Barb
