Bolden Electrical Pty Ltd - Mackay

Mackay residents and businesses describe a family-run electrical operation where Dan and his crew are named repeatedly for their dependable approach. Reliability runs through the accounts, with several customers noting that scheduled visits happen when promised and that the office makes contact if timing shifts. Both administrative staff and on-site electricians are remembered for their courteous manner, a theme that surfaces across different jobs.

The standard of completed work earns consistent praise, whether the task involves locating a switchboard fault that had cut power to a home and restoring it within a couple of hours, or installing a split system air conditioner whose finish drew particular mention. Planned maintenance and emergency call-outs alike are handled efficiently, with the range of work spanning general electrical repairs, appliance servicing and solar-related jobs. Quotes described as realistic and fair are raised often, as is the tendency to finish on schedule and within the agreed cost.

Communication from the first call through to the end of the job is another point reviewers return to, and the quick response to urgent outages stands out among the feedback. Switchboard work and air conditioning installation remain the tasks most frequently recalled by those who have engaged the team. Deference to the family character of the business and the professionalism of everyone involved rounds out the recurring observations.
