Mastin Electrical Pty Ltd

Adelaide customers repeatedly highlight the reliability and professionalism of Mastin Electrical Pty Ltd, with Darren and Martin named often for arriving when promised and working without fuss. A point that comes up often is the clear, written quoting process: itemised quotes are supplied promptly, whether for smoke alarm replacements, exhaust fan installation or emergency repairs at commercial premises, and the pricing is consistently described as fair and competitive. Several buyers describe how communication remains strong before and after the job, with questions answered willingly and advice offered on equipment such as ceiling fans.

The standard of workmanship is another recurring theme, covering electrical installation service, lighting contractor work and fire alarm supply, with tasks finished neatly and sites left clean. One account notes an emergency call attended within the hour at a retail store, where the fault was identified and trade restored quickly. Beyond scheduled jobs, the team is praised for finding economical solutions, including repairing rather than replacing a damaged pond pump cord. Home office setups and domestic jobs feature prominently, alongside the smoke alarm and exhaust fan work that customers keep returning for.

Darren came and set up everything for my home office. He was very easy to deal with, had good communication, was happy to answer my questions and I was very happy with his work. I would definitely recommend Mastin Electrical if you want a hassle free electrician with good pricing.

Professional & trustworthy service. I confidently recommend Mastin Electrical.

Our oven and hot plate suddenly stopped working late afternoon and although the safety switch was in the ‘on’ position on the switchboard, turning it off and on again didn’t do the trick and it subsequently tripped. We rang Darren at Mastin Electrical and explained the problem. He said he could come out pretty quickly; true to his word he arrived promptly and installed a new circuit breaker for us, and at a reasonable price. We were thankful we could cook a hot dinner that same night! We highly recommend Darren for his professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. We are happy to have found an electrician that we can trust and rely on. Next time we need any electrical work done, Darren will be the person we call without hesitation.

Darren provided quality workmanship, was very punctual and offered additional advice on the additional power point location and the TV mounting on a wall and associated cabling. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Great and prompt service, I appreciated receiving a clear and upfront quote, timely arrival, took care with the work. Definitely recommend.

I need to install a new Oven, and I sent photos regarding the power point, main circuit board and oven manual to Darren. He quoted based on them and no extra charge when he finishes the job. The whole process from quote, booking to finsh is smooth and efficient, no hide charge, clean finish, certificate sent after work. Highly recommended!

Had Darren out to install an exhaust fan and couldn’t be happier with the service. Communication was excellent throughout, the price was fair, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. The installation was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Would happily recommend and use again.
