The electricians respond and give updates. Quotes and prices are upfront with any extras discussed prior to completion. Safety is obviously highly valued. I like that I am given photos and education on what they are doing. We were informed all the way. I would use again, as trust, communication and reliability is important to me. Cost is not everything, not that they were expensive. Call out is what the going rate is. Our electrician was Zac.
Great job changing several light fittings. Many thanks to Zach and Patrick. Quick to respond, friendly and efficient. Costings transparent from the outset. Job proved slightly less straightforward but problem solved. Would definitely recommend.
In the last couple of weeks I have used Adelaide Urban Electrical for emergency and planned work,I would highly recommend them,Zach and Patrick were very efficient and they both are excellent tradesmen, they turned up on time and left everything so you wouldn't know they had been there.Zach even offered to buy me a coffee at there break😀

Can't speak highly enough of this business! My job was completed less than 24 hours after my first contact with them. Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find and rectify a mistake in our breaker box that had been made by a sparky from another company, and we couldn't be happier with the result!
On time and good $$$ rates for installation of new electric stove. Knowledgable and very clean and tidy with there work. Very happy client
