HOTT Electrics completed a power upgrade and new induction oven installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. A big thank you to Reagan, Jake, Aston and Tori for their outstanding service. I approached HOTT electrics to assist in the installation of a Tesla Gen 3 wall charger and security cabinet on the outside of my residence. From the get go Reagan was very attentive organising a quote quickly and highlighting some potential upgrades to facilitate my vision of EV charging and even offered ways to future proof my setup for potential solar/battery possibilities in the future. What really set Reagan apart was the follow up call I received to talk me through each stage of the quote supplied, the methodology behind why certain upgrades were suggested and how the quote could be tiered and approached. Come installation day the job was executed without a hitch, the team left everything clean and tidy and followed up to check how the installation was getting along afterwards. There’s no wonder why I continue to see HOTT electrics vans all around the Illawarra, their staff are not only skilled electricians, but are obviously passionate about the quality of the work they do. I’d recommended Reagan and HOTT to anyone especially if you’re installing EV charging solutions and would have no hesitation in engaging them for anything electrical in the future.

I recently had Hott Electrics attend my home to repair a deteriorated power outlet that had completely come away from the wall, leaving exposed wiring. As the outlet was located in the kitchen, we had to switch off the power and considered it an electrical emergency due to the potential safety risk. I called Hott Electrics at around 9:00 pm, and Reagan arrived within approximately 40 minutes, which was incredibly reassuring. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, quickly repairing the damaged outlet and ensuring everything was safe. While he was here, Reagan also repaired a faulty fan and light switch that had come apart the previous evening. He took the time to explain warranty information, as well as provide helpful advice regarding safety switches and smoke alarms, which I really appreciated. Reagan was courteous, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of workmanship was excellent, the entire process was straightforward, and the customer service—from the initial phone call through to the completed repairs—was outstanding. I highly recommend Hott Electrics and would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you to Reagan and the entire team for such prompt, professional, and exceptional service.

HOTT Electrics have been brilliant!! Amazing service from the get go! Reagan visited my home to discuss the 2515 Electrification of my villa. He spent time offering solutions to Air Conditioning, an Induction Cooktop, a Hot Water Heat Pump and the all important upgrade of the Switchboard, with a 25 year time frame! After receiving the quotation, researching many appliances, answering my many questions and comparing the 4 quotations I decided to go with HOTT Electrics. The team have been sensational, always responding to phone calls, texts & queries promptly. The team of tradies arrived promptly & shared plans of the day. On completing the tasks they cleaned up thoroughly and departed efficiently. Reagan then ran through each product, explaining useful tips and demonstrated how to use them efficiently. The second day was the Hot Water Heat Pump installation. The plumber arrived then Reagan explained the delivery and installation plan which was seamless. The heat pump was installed, tested and checked. The gas has now been capped & plugged. The one fault was a leaking valve. I took a photo and sent it to HOTT Electrics on the weekend. First thing Monday morning the team contacted me. Reagan then phoned and confirmed the plumber would return and check the system. The plumber phoned and confirmed a time on Tuesday. He turned up exactly on time, replaced the valve at no charge for the product or his time. What a service! This morning, a week after the installations, Reagan popped in to ask if I had further questions. He did another demo on the Induction cooktop. What a winner! HOTT Electrics is a great team of dedicated tradies who do an amazing job for a fair price. Thank you for assisting with the first stage on my Electrification Journey.

These guys were so good to deal with. Just moved into my new home and needed to get air con serviced. Called Monday, done Wednesday. From booking to service was exceptional. And a big thankyou to Kelly, who did the service, talked me through the job from start to finish, even set up a 12 month reminder for me. Very thorough and in no time at all.
