A great experience. I felt the price was very fare.Blake was on time and kept in touch via text message. He was both professional and personable. The worksite was left immaculately and all rubbish removed , highly recommend , hence the 5 Stars. Kerry G

Had Toby out to fix a few issues we were having with our spa. He was very polite and professional and explained everything clearly. Great service.

Team was amazing and service was incredible. Had Toby come and install some lights for me and was extremely polite and professional. Couldn’t recommend more.

Excellent customer service! Beckham came out to my house late in the afternoon to determine the cause of an electrical fault. It was an intermittent problem that happened twice just after Beckham had left the premises. He came back both times and eventually he was able to resolve the issue. I'm very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone

Have had them out multiple times. they are a great bunch of guys, Always polite and tidy and to find a sparky that cleans up after themselves is worth every dollar 😁

I cannot recommend Ibrahim and the team at Illawarra Electrical and Security highly enough. From the very first interaction, Ibrahim was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive to our family’s needs during a sensitive time. He took the time to listen carefully, understand our concerns, and walk us through the best security options without any pressure. His advice was honest and practical, and he worked with us to find a solution that was not only effective but also affordable. The installation of our indoor and outdoor cameras and doorbells was completed promptly (on very short notice), with great attention to detail and care. Ibrahim made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which meant a lot to us. Exceptional service and a fantastic result.

Bekim provided outstanding service from start to finish. Professional, reliable, and always easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. Really appreciate the effort and support highly recommend Bekim to anyone looking for quality service!
