Watt Mate Electrical

Homeowners and renovators around Wollongong have called on Watt Mate Electrical for a broad spread of residential work, and the feedback settles on a consistent set of strengths. More than one customer describes the team as professional, courteous and hard working, with Matt named again and again for clear explanations and a readiness to fit smaller jobs in at short notice. A point made in several accounts is punctuality and reliability, with appointments kept and jobs turned around without fuss, including tricky installations such as a high-ceiling bathroom exhaust and a mains switchboard relocation.

Pricing draws recurring praise, described as fair, reasonable and competitive rather than inflated. Tidy finishes and care taken to leave spaces clean are mentioned repeatedly after work on kitchen exhausts, wall ovens, outdoor lighting, air conditioning and a television mounted to a wall. Communication features often too, particularly the ease of reaching the team around shift-work schedules and their willingness to answer calls. Expertise is another area of agreement, with meter upgrades, new wiring and appliance replacements handled while each step is explained. Genuine friendliness runs through the accounts, with Matt and his offsider remembered as good people to deal with.

Watt Mate Electrical has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team is highly skilled and professional, delivering exceptional electrical services every time. From installations to repairs, they tackle each task with expertise and efficiency, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Their clear communication and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a standout choice for any electrical needs.
