Excellent electrician — professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Completed all work safely and neatly, explained everything clearly, and left the house spotless. Highly recommend for reliable, high-quality electrical work and service.

As much as it pains me to have to write this review I feel it is in Brocks best interest to hear it. Brock came to my home to look at a small electrical fault, he seemed like a nice you man so I asked him to quote on some other work I need done , installing a few power points, light fittings and couple of fans. He told me there was no fault that he could find even though a fault clearly exists, unless of course the speed dial on a ceiling fan in a bedroom is suppose to switch an external sensor light off and on? Then for reasons know only to Brock he has failed to provide a quote, even after repeated attempts to contact him. I am not in the habit of commenting or reviewing but I felt I needed to let you know that even if you cant do the work due to lack of qualifications or knowledge or whatever a professional would let a person know and possibly even recommend somebody else not just ghost them. If you wish to build yourself a successful business I suggest you conduct yourself as a professional.

Called Brock Sunday morning and he was here within the hour. He rectified an issue with our fuse box (overnight short outs had caused damage to the board and power was out). Prompt and professional service. A really nice bloke, to top it off! Will be recommending to others.

Trust and honesty define how Brock operates his business. Today, he installed new smoke detectors and fixed a double powerpoint that had been burnt by a faulty electrical heater. He also commenced my claim against the company responsible for the broken heater and put me in contact with someone who can fix our also faulty dishwasher. All issues, Brock showed, explained and quoted solutions to before presenting a most reasonable bill. Will I use Brock again? Absolutely 💯

After recently upgrading our home from single to three-phase, we decided to install a three-phase charger for our EV. A big job, given it required marrying the new charger, rooftop solar, a home battery and grid connection, all from different suppliers, into one integrated package. Brock tackled the complex challenges of doing something different and difficult with his typical skill and determination and we are now delighted to have exactly the setup we want.
