Jason from Wired attended the property and carried out the electrical work efficiently and without any issues. He was also very professional and approachable throughout the process. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the electrician who was sent to inspect my rental property on behalf of the real estate agency. During the visit, the electrician clearly told me that the electrical issues were caused by the age and poor condition of the property’s internal wiring. However, in the official report sent to the real estate, he completely changed his story, blaming “human error” for using multiple appliances at once — something that was never mentioned during the inspection. As a result, I was unfairly charged for the visit, despite being misled with two completely different explanations. This is not only unprofessional but also dishonest. The lack of transparency and conflicting information is highly concerning, and I will be reporting this to the Residential Tenancy Commissioner. Tenants deserve to be treated fairly and with respect — not made to pay for misrepresented and contradictory service reports.

After enduring two plumber visits and another electrician scratching their head, I was about ready to bathe in iceberg water, along with a toaster. Enter Nic from Wired Electrical, my knight in shining electrician's high-vis overalls. In my final cry for help, I contacted Nic, and to my relief, he was at my door within 24 hours! Nic didn’t just fix the issue; he practically danced his way through my electrical woes. His energy was infectious—imagine a troubleshooter humming along to the electric symphony of circuits, as if the fuse box was his personal karaoke stage. In just one visit, he cracked the code that had left me shivering for twelve long days in Tasmanian winter. Professionalism met with a splash of humour and a dash of showmanship, Nic not only restored my hot water but also injected some much-needed levity into the situation. If Wired Electrical were a playlist, Nic would be the track that turns a technical fix into a memorable performance. Here’s to electricians who save the day with a smile and a song!
