Electrical Edge

Punctuality and a professional, friendly manner stand out as the qualities that recur most often in feedback about this Launceston team. A handful of customers describe jobs of varying size, from routine tasks to major electrical work, being completed promptly and to a high standard, with team members arriving when promised and carrying themselves politely throughout.

Chris features frequently in accounts, whether diagnosing a fault over the phone or overseeing larger installations, and he is joined by named colleagues including Joe, Caleb, Lucky, Ryan and Angela, whose responsiveness to enquiries is repeatedly praised. Reviewers mention ceiling fan and rangehood installation, replacement of old lights with modern fittings, and planned split-system work, noting that even tricky properties with flat roofs and no crawl space were handled without fuss.

Clear explanations and practical advice are highlighted as a consistent strength, as is the care taken to follow up once a job is finished. Long-standing clients write about returning across multiple projects over several years and finding the same attention applied each time, while others note that whoever is sent from the team maintains the same courteous approach. The willingness to take calls at short notice and talk through a problem before attending is a point that comes up often.

Have used Chris, Caleb and the team from Edge Electrical for 8 years over 6 different projects; from tiny to significant, and they have treated each one with the same professional care and attention. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Called Chris out of the blue and he is an absolute legend. Answered the call and straight away helped me over the phone diagnose the issue. Will be recommending these blokes to anyone who wants a decent leccy in Launny

Joe, Lucky and Chris were great to work with. We had to do major electrical work at our property, and they did an excellent, professional job. They were always on time, super friendly, and attentive to our requests. They were great to work with and will be my go to sparkies from here on. I can’t recommend them enough.

Very happy with the work and flexibility that was done and will 100% use your business again in the future

Chris and his team has been amazing throughout the rangehood installation and replacement of old to modern lights. They are amazing, responsive and caring. Thankyou Chris and Electrical Edge team.

Great service. Professional, friendly and on time. Excellent explanations and advice. A great local business.

First class work; two power points installed and even hung the vacuum cleaner. They provided that extra service which was unexpected. We highly recommend Electrical Edge.
