Grounded Electrical Tasmania Pty Ltd

Prompt attention and dependable workmanship stand out as the qualities Launceston clients mention most often, along with a feeling that jobs are handled smoothly from the first call to the final test. Reviewers repeatedly note that they were kept updated throughout, from the quote stage to completion, and that agreed times were kept and tasks moved ahead without drama. The crew, among them Jonno, Ollie, Harley, Mance, Vanessa and Gwyn, draws consistent praise for being courteous, approachable and genuinely capable.

Customers describe getting sound advice from experienced tradespeople and appreciate pricing they consider reasonable for the standard delivered, with no pressure to add work beyond what was needed. Feedback covers a variety of jobs, including fitting a dishwasher and heat pump, mending a hot water unit, addressing a leaking water line that affected a switch, and inspecting a solar setup, while a sauna installation also features. Fast turnaround and the willingness to take on smaller tasks come through as well, as does cooperation with a builder on one project.

You can always rely on Mance/ Grounded for extremely reliable and fairly priced services that you don’t need to second guess. They have high quality workmanship and don’t try and force you to do more than is required for extra $$.

Vanessa, Jonno and Gwyn provided amazing service for our sauna job. Good communication throughout and worked in with our builder. Definitely recommend and use again.
