Vivid Electrical Gold Coast

Solar and battery work recurs throughout the feedback for Vivid Electrical Gold Coast, with reviewers describing installations of panels, inverters, batteries and electric vehicle chargers. A theme running through the feedback is punctuality, with teams said to arrive ahead of schedule or exactly when promised and to begin work without delay. Customers repeatedly praise the knowledge and advice offered by Lochi, including guidance on system choice and a willingness to consult suppliers about unusual questions.

Communication before, during and after the job is described as proactive and timely, and the finished work is consistently called neat, tidy and clean, with property respected and mess cleared away. Several accounts highlight how the crew explained the systems and walked clients through setup once installation was complete. Systems are said to perform as expected afterwards, and Sungrow equipment is named in connection with battery and inverter installations.

Reviewers also note that teams worked within stated goals and budgets, treating the job as a collaborative project rather than a simple transaction. Geyshan, Guy Hutcheon and the wider crew are mentioned alongside Lochi, and the tone of the feedback is one of satisfaction with both the process and the end result, from smaller replacement systems through to larger battery and inverter combinations.

Im very happy with the job Lochie and the team did replacing my old solar system. They were on time, efficient and did a great job. They also cleaned up well afterwards.

I went to Solar Quotes to get a few quotes before choosing Vivid Electrical. Given my roof space limitations Lochi suggested going with a 500w panel. Lochi and his team removed our aging 6.3kw system and installed a 14kw solar system with 500w Aiko panels and a 24kwh Sigenstor battery with gateway. His team got this all done in a day, cleaned up nicely, and I'm very happy with the new setup so far. I highly recommend the Vivid Electrical team for their great communication, efficiency, quality and care.

I have just had my solar battery installation with Vivid electrical. I had good communication and professional installation by Lochi and Geyshan. Lochi seemd very knowledgeable and gave me competitive quote for sigenergy.

Lochi & the boys completed a 17.5kW Solar & 48kW Sig Energy Battery System at my property. I cant speak highly enough about the whole deal from the first meeting to hand over. Their work was perfect and so neat. I could not be happier with the results. Great job team Vivid Electrical..

Lochi and his team are highly recommended, they did a great job, they arrived on time, got the job done in a day and did everything they said they would, we are very happy customers!

We recently had a complete Solar and Battery system supplied and installed by Vivid Electrical. We are extremely happy with both the communications and work performed by the team, they were happy to answer all of our questions regarding system choice and to speak with the vendor to discuss some unusual questions. The installation work was extremely clean and tidy and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

In a nutshell, these guys are professional, efficient and I would highly recommend them. After hail damage to our old solar panels, we were required to replace our entire system due to its age and parts not being available anymore. Lachi and his team made a very stressful situation for us an easy fix. From start to finish it was just a breeze. They kept in touch with us throughout the process, while we waited for insurance to do their thing and went above and beyond in helping us not only choose a new system that would give us the most benefit, but also in sorting out a few tiny issues we had from the hail on the roof itself. We really appreciate it. Thank you.
