EJ & Ben did an awesome job. They removed 6 old ceiling fans & replaced them with our 6 new Smart DC ceiling fans into our 3 upstairs bedrooms and 3 downstains lounge rooms & dining room. Very professional & tidy work. Highly recommended. Thank you!
Poor communication and organisation. Wasted 2 seperate days waiting for a tradesman to show that never did. When trying to contact someone there is no direct phone number, you keep getting redirected to an AI assistant and have to leave a message that they never reply to or acknowledge. Moving on to another business. Would not recommend.
These people are a disgrace. The air conditioner was installed incorrectly, which has left me with a system that doesn’t function properly. Instead of a reliable service, I’ve been left with constant issues, extra expenses, and the stress of organising further repairs. Communication was non existent once the issues were bought to their attention, so no accountability for the mistakes made. For the price charged, the workmanship was well below standard. when I engaged another aircon company they told me it was the worst installation they had ever seen. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a trustworthy installer.
Fantastic service and friendly techs, they did a great job installing starlink and routed cable to dedicated patch panel, ensured all working, and got done in quick speed. Can't recommend enough and look forward to having back for other electrical items soon. Cheers.
EJ and his crew did a fantastic job installing multiple electrical needs for our office fit out. They were friendly, punctual, professional and work extremely well on tight timeframes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else by EJ electrical for your electrical needs.
Blake came out to move my air con out the way so we could continue building the decking extension . He was very helpful and also called into my elderly parents house to re set their remote that was on the wrong setting. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish . The girls who took my call and booked me in were so helpful and polite and Blake turned up on time as promised . I will use EJ Electrical again as I was impressed with the friendly reliable service Thanks so much for all your help . Sandra (Alexandra )
