EJ Electrical

Gold Coast customers of EJ Electrical describe a consistent pattern of prompt, professional service across a broad range of domestic and commercial electrical work. Several reviewers highlight installations such as ceiling fans, downlights, switchboard upgrades, Starlink cabling and office fit-outs, noting that jobs are completed to a neat finish and that systems are checked and working before the team departs. Punctuality and clear communication come up often, with customers appreciating advance phone calls and updates that fit around young families and busy schedules.

Named staff including Toby, Nathan, Aaron and Ben are repeatedly described as polite, informative and efficient, answering questions honestly and offering practical alternatives rather than pushing unnecessary work. Fair pricing and quick response times are also recurring themes, with some customers booking follow-up jobs on the strength of the first visit. The broader picture is of a crew that handles both small fixes and larger projects, works well to tight timeframes and leaves homes and offices tidy. Reviewers mention that they would call the company again for future electrical needs, and repeat business appears common, with one customer noting a second booking was arranged soon after the first job was finished.

EJ (Elijah and Ash) arrived early and did a brilliant job! They are honest, polite and knowledgeable and did an excellent job of upgrading our lights to LED, ensuring our house is up to standard with our smoke alarms and installing a new PowerPoint. They are totally professional, quick and had a great knowledge of their workmanship required for the job. Highly recommended and I will continue to use them again and agan. Best Electrician on the Gold Coast!!

EJ was awesome. Next day service and hot power point problem solved. 5 stars

EJ & Ben did an awesome job. They removed 6 old ceiling fans & replaced them with our 6 new Smart DC ceiling fans into our 3 upstairs bedrooms and 3 downstains lounge rooms & dining room. Very professional & tidy work. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Poor communication and organisation. Wasted 2 seperate days waiting for a tradesman to show that never did. When trying to contact someone there is no direct phone number, you keep getting redirected to an AI assistant and have to leave a message that they never reply to or acknowledge. Moving on to another business. Would not recommend.

Fantastic service and friendly techs, they did a great job installing starlink and routed cable to dedicated patch panel, ensured all working, and got done in quick speed. Can't recommend enough and look forward to having back for other electrical items soon. Cheers.

EJ and his crew did a fantastic job installing multiple electrical needs for our office fit out. They were friendly, punctual, professional and work extremely well on tight timeframes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else by EJ electrical for your electrical needs.

Blake came out to move my air con out the way so we could continue building the decking extension . He was very helpful and also called into my elderly parents house to re set their remote that was on the wrong setting. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish . The girls who took my call and booked me in were so helpful and polite and Blake turned up on time as promised . I will use EJ Electrical again as I was impressed with the friendly reliable service Thanks so much for all your help . Sandra (Alexandra )
