Gold Coast Better Electrical

Homeowners and builders around Southport have called on this electrical team for jobs ranging from running power down a driveway to a shed and setting up a large generator, through to fitting ceiling fans and installing powerboards. Customers in several reviews describe the standard of workmanship as proficient and finished to a high level, with Shayne, Allan and Matt named for knowing their trade and working quickly on a substantial upgrade to a meter panel and switchboard.

Punctuality and reliability emerge as a consistent theme, with reviewers noting that jobs were booked in without fuss, including a fan installation fitted in during a busy pre-Christmas period, and that the team came back promptly to assess and complete the work. Communication is another point that comes up often, covering helpful suggestions during a build, a request lodged with the network provider to streamline a solar tariff, and quotes described as fair and competitive. One client, an electrician working in air-conditioning, engaged the company on a large project and noted the speed and skill involved. Courteous conduct and a tidy finish also feature, with installers described as easy to deal with across repeat visits.

Gold Coast Better Electrical Fantastic electricians & service we have used on several occasions.Thourally recommend.

Good crew, neat job, go the extra mile. Will be using them again in approx 3 weeks time. Highly recommend them. Doug

Prompted service professional workmanship I would definitely use them again very reliable.

Excellent service. I contacted them by SMS and they responded very quickly. Came out the next day to quote, and as the quote emailed was an acceptable price, I accepted it on line, and same night an auto booking was made for the next day. That was emailed and also advised by SMS. The 2 men that came were very friendly, and did a great job. One also remembered I asked about something my husband was meant to do, and still had not done. Later we noticed they had fixed that too for no extra cost. Just tightening some screws on a wall plate. Such great customer service.

Prompt, reliable, efficient, and fairly priced. I have engaged them on multiple occasions and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Excellent service. Contacted early December to have a fan installed knowing there was little to no chance of it being done prior to Christmas but was super happy they fit me in. The installers were a delight and extremely professional. Definitely cannot fault the service or the work provided. Will definitely use again in the future.
