Trunks Electrical Pty Ltd

Punctuality and transparent quotes form the backbone of what customers highlight about Trunks Electrical, an operation in Toowoomba led by Kaleb. Several accounts describe a tradesperson who arrives when arranged, works carefully and keeps clients informed at every stage, from the first quote through to aftercare. A detail many reviews return to is the clarity of costing, with customers noting that the price agreed is the price paid and that options are explained rather than simply imposed. The scope of work discussed in feedback takes in general electrical installation, solar battery installation, air conditioning connections with gas, servicing of air conditioning units, installation of client-supplied materials and relocation of services.

Finishing standards attract consistent comment, and one recurring detail is how thoroughly the workspace is cleaned, leaving no trace of a tradesperson having been on site. Kaleb is described as approachable, knowledgeable and generous with advice, including on adding timing equipment and a contactor to a hot water system. Prompt quoting, a respectful manner and dependable follow-up round out the picture, with solar battery projects drawing particular mention for both workmanship and the attention given afterwards.

I had Trunks Electrical come & install solar batteries. I couldn't fault Kaleb, or his work ethic at all. Kaleb is very personable, meticulous, professional & certainly knows what he's doing. At the end of the day you wouldn't even know that a tradesman had been there. Kaleb did a great job cleaning up after himself.
