Wiltec Electrical

Solar work, downlight installation and general fault-finding form the bulk of what customers describe, with Brendan named repeatedly as the tradesperson on site. Promptness stands out in the accounts, and reviewers describe him attending soon after a call, arriving at short notice and treating urgent situations as a priority. Professionalism and technical knowledge recur, particularly where a partial power outage was traced and resolved and where a point of attachment torn away by a falling tree in a severe storm was repaired so the property could be reconnected.

Renovation work in Harristown and the electrical fit-out of a new shed also feature, along with the installation of a substantial number of downlights. Customers value the guidance offered on upcoming projects and potential hazards, the courteous and approachable manner, and the sense that the finished result met a high standard at a fair price. Responsiveness to requests made along the way and clear explanations of what was required come up often, as does word-of-mouth referral to friends and family as a measure of satisfaction. The advice given at the initial consultation is mentioned as carefully carried through to the final fit-off.
