Impact Electricians

Households across Toowoomba have called on Impact Electricians for ceiling fan fitting, light replacement, outdoor blind power points, smoke alarm installation, new electrical circuits and solar with battery backup. A recurring observation among reviewers is the finish achieved, with circuits described as installed faultlessly and jobs completed to a high standard. Reliability and punctuality come through just as clearly, since crews reportedly arrive when arranged and finish within the expected timeframe.

Customers also value the clarity of the quoting process, noting that a firm figure was given before work began and that invoicing reflected it. Communication draws consistent praise, especially the speed with which calls, including early-morning ones, are returned. Several named team members appear in the feedback: Kyle for his responsiveness, Brad for precise outdoor blind wiring, and Shaun, Blake and Aden for fan, lighting and appliance repair tasks handled politely and without fuss.

Care inside the home is another point that comes up often, from removing shoes before entering to leaving areas clean, alongside a friendly manner and a readiness to explain the work. Even minor repairs, such as a chewed mixer cord, are dealt with promptly. What stands out is dependable electrical service, from smoke alarms through to solar and battery systems.

Recently had Kyle and his team install solar and battery backup to my home. Can’t speak highly enough about the service and quality of their work. Job well done and on time. Absolute pleasure dealing with this company.

5 Stars – Highly Recommended! Aden and Shaun from Impact Electricians did an outstanding job installing two air conditioners for me. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive - saving me $$$ and the quality of their work was exceptional. They were efficient, tidy, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their excellent communication – they were prompt and responsive every step of the way. They even went above and beyond by coordinating directly with the real estate agent which made things so much easier on my end. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. Reliable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with!
