TropicAir Electrical

Property owners and landlords across the Townsville district describe TropicAir Electrical as a dependable operation built on punctuality and clear communication, with Justin Mundy and his crew regularly named for arriving when scheduled and responding promptly to messages and calls. Various customers describe the breadth of work handled, from power points, ceiling fans and outdoor lighting conversions to television outlets wired alongside double sockets, and smoke alarm compliance across rental properties. Air conditioning is a recurring theme, covering split system installation, yearly servicing and duct cleaning, with customers noting thorough, mess-free results and practical guidance on filter maintenance and mould inspection.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the fairness of quotes and the readiness to explain options or propose more cost-effective approaches, and one account records a reduced invoice after a job finished ahead of the quoted time. Tidiness stands out, with work areas left spotless and rubbish taken away. Justin's willingness to coordinate with tenants, collect equipment and tend to multiple properties over many years has fostered repeat business, including renovation work and replacing all household lighting with LEDs.

I have recently had 2 split systems installed by Justin and the team of Tropic Air. My install was difficult due to height of my unit on the 2nd floor. With many setbacks Justin was always striving to get the best result. Communication was amazing and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I would recommend them for anyone looking for air conditioning installs. Sharon

Justin and his crew were fantastic. The Air Cons look amazing and the apartment smells so fresh. Thank you and would highly recommend.

I've been using Justin Mundy's TropicAir electrical services for many years. He provides quick and competitive quotes when asked and he will always provide alternative solutions if he thinks the job can be done in a more cost effective and better way. All of the work he has completed for me has been second to none. He always arrives at the time specified and leaves the work areas spotless after completion. I would recommend him to anyone who is after a fair, honest and reliable tradesman.

I engaged Justin to install 3 new split systems into my rental property. He was easy to get in contact with, communicated with the tenants re a suitable time and even collected the air-conditioning units from the store for me which was a huge help with being interstate! He's competitive on his prices too which can unfortunately be quite rare for a female organising trades. Highly recommend and will continue to engage Justin for any other electrical works. Thanks mate!

Justin from Tropic Air was very helpful in fixing the aircon with very reasonable quote. He is very reliable and trustworthy person. He has very good experience with aircon's. Got to the bottom of the issue and fixed it by replacing the board whereas other electrician advised for complete replacement of the aircon unit which would have costed me hugely.
