I have recently had 2 split systems installed by Justin and the team of Tropic Air. My install was difficult due to height of my unit on the 2nd floor. With many setbacks Justin was always striving to get the best result. Communication was amazing and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I engaged Justin to install 3 new split systems into my rental property. He was easy to get in contact with, communicated with the tenants re a suitable time and even collected the air-conditioning units from the store for me which was a huge help with being interstate! Justin from Tropic Air was very helpful in fixing the aircon with very reasonable quote. He is very reliable and trustworthy person. He has very good experience with aircon's. Got to the bottom of the issue and fixed it by replacing the board whereas other electrician advised for complete replacement of the aircon unit which would have costed me hugely. I would highly recommend TropicAir for any electric related issues.
