NQ Electrical Townsville

Prompt fault finding and quick repairs stand out as the recurring strengths reported by customers of this Townsville electrical business. Several reviewers describe problems being diagnosed on the spot and resolved within minutes, including faults the household had not been aware of. Punctuality comes up again and again, with appointments kept and urgent jobs fitted in sooner than expected.

The work described spans general fault finding and repairs, swapping older downlights for LED fittings, and updating smoke alarms so they meet compliance requirements. Reviews time and again mention the care taken to clean up afterwards and the straightforward manner of the team throughout each job. Named staff, including Michael, Mick and Kylie, are singled out for their professionalism, knowledge and readiness to help, with one account recalling Kylie going to considerable lengths to sort out a problem.

Communication is another point that comes up often, with customers describing the team as friendly, flexible and mindful of young children in the home. Reliability under pressure is the theme that recurs most strongly, with a customer who needed help in a hurry reporting that someone was sent the following day after other trades had quoted a week's wait, and that everything was left working properly once the job was finished.

I were very professional and easy to deal with

Had NQ electrical over today - they were so great.! Friendly, timely, flexible and knowledgeable. And they were so considerate of my 5 month old baby in the house too. It was an absolute pleasure to have them over. Mum brain means - I can't for the life of me remember their names.! But thanks guys, you were awesome 😎👍 Would definitely recommend.

Had Nq Electrical come to my house and changed all of our downlights out to new LED downlights and changed our smoke alarms to make them compliant, they were quick and easy to deal with they arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was done.

Got quoted a switchboard upgrade. This company was the best out of the 3 quotes that I received. Everything was included with the price, fast turn around and good tradesman and apprentices, very nice and hardworking.

Mick and the team have always been great to us. On time and great service!

Great fast and efficient service through out the work carried out
