We had an urgent electrical emergency, and Steve was absolutely amazing! He advised on what we needed to do in this emergency situation. And then was absolutely thorough in what needed to be fixed, and did these works as quickly as possible and explained everything so clearly and put our minds at ease that the issues were resolved.
