RCBO Electrical

Wire insulation scrap left on site, Hot water cylinder thermostat left on 75C (Potentially dangerous and unnecessary), obviously burnt connectors re-used (a 50 cent part at full retail), job report mentions advice/conversations that did not occur. I have worked with electricians/electronics technicians and electrical engineers for many years, this was a very basic job with an obvious minimum care factor (about $80 above what I was told by them for what should be the cost for a 20-30 minute job). Will not be contacting them for any future work.No response to emails or via their website message system. Had to call them just to get my invoice. Update: The thermostat they replaced has failed after 6 months leaving me with no hot water in the middle of winter.

communication over the phone was kind and helpful. They had someone sent out to help with my sudden electrical problem in record time and fixed it even faster. Everything's back to working smoothly and safely!

RCBO electrical are great. The owner, Colin, is straight forward and a great communicator. Prompt service - he made time to come and do a comprehensive quote, answered all of my questions, and the written quote that I got had a full breakdown of the service (great and I know takes businesses a lot of time!). His team came to the house and did a great job, left the place neat and tidy as they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend RCBO electrical!
