JP Electrical & Communications Pty Ltd

Recurring praise for JP Electrical & Communications Pty Ltd centres on the consistent quality of the finished work and the reliability of the electrician customers most often name, Johnny, known to some as Johnno. Reviewers repeatedly describe him as arriving when promised, explaining the required work plainly and completing jobs without cutting corners, then leaving the site clean and tidy. Several buyers describe the communication as clear from the first call through to completion, with honest quotes and reasonable rates that matched expectations.

The range of work covered in Hobart is broad: induction cooktop installation, low profile ceiling fans, indoor and outdoor lighting, power points, data cabling, NBN FTTP finishing touches and a Tesla wall charger, alongside heat pump installation undertaken in a tricky location that another contractor had declined. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is his willingness to return or make a special trip for a part so a job could be finished the same day, and his flexibility around install times. Customers describe him as friendly, capable and pleasant to have in the home, including on a small insurance claim repair, with neat finishes and safe workmanship.

Johnny installed some electric signage and replaced some lights at our small business. His work was awesome, he was always easy to contact and his prices were by far the best of all our quotes. Highly recommend for any retail or commercial jobs👍🏻

Johnny was prompt, efficient and accommodating. Very friendly, willing to do whatever he could to help. Johnny is an excellent electrician, and rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Johnny, an electrician you would want to keep forever!

JP just finished up all the electrical work for our renovation including new indoor/outdoor lights, power points, data cables and a new heat pump. Everything was done incredibly neatly and looks amazing. Would recommend any day of the week.

Fantastic service! Johnny replaced my fan and smoke detector quickly and efficiently. Friendly, professional and great to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very professional work from start to finish. The electrician took pride in delivering a high-quality job. Everything was completed to a great standard, and the attention to detail really stood out. They worked in a neat and tidy manner, making sure the space was clean and organised once the job was finished. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a skilled electrician.

Johnny helped us in completing the final touches in setting up NBN FTTP. He was thoroughly professional and always turned up on time. On the day he finished the job he came to our house and then made a special trip to pick up a part to make sure the job was completed that day. We fully recommend Johnny and JP Electrical.

Johnno did an excellent job installing my low profile ceiling fans. Will gladly use for any future projects.
