Called early morning as smoke alarms beeping and unable to turn them off. Electrician on site in 40 minutes and found fault and fixed in 10 minutes. Friendly interaction from first phone contact to Completed job. Have used before and will use again. Thanks 👍

My husband and I just received the worst customer service from livewire. We were told by another electrician to give them a call about getting a phone wire connected for our house. Unfortunately, the lady who answered my husbands call was an extremely rude and unhelpful lady. When we asked if we were speaking to livewire she responded bluntly and demanded to know “who is this?”. She then bluntly told us that she couldn’t help… which is fine, but the way she handled the call was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. We had other electrical jobs as well, but we won’t be using their services in the future.

Replaced a broken aerial socket and tuned in the television as a bonus. Friendly, professional, came at short notice and very reasonably priced. 10 / 10
