HNN Electrical

HNN Electrical draws steady praise across its feedback, with Nick named again and again as the tradesperson customers deal with directly. Accounts of punctuality recur, and clients note that he and his team turn up at the agreed time and keep them posted from the first booking through to handover. The jobs described cover a broad span of electrical and cooling work: split system air conditioners, ceiling fans, lighting, power points, and in one instance a complete rewiring beneath a house.

Workmanship and care with detail come up in relation to installations, and several reviewers remark on how thoroughly the site was left once the job finished. Communication is another theme running through the feedback, taking in text message confirmations and progress updates, plain explanations of what the work involved, and early notice when unexpected findings or holdups appeared. Nick's habit of walking customers through how newly fitted equipment operates features more than once, as does his easy and professional manner with clients and his apprentice. Larger rewiring projects and smaller fitting jobs alike are handled around Rockhampton.
