CRM Electrical Control & Air Conditioning

Solar and air conditioning work sits at the centre of what this Rockhampton business handles, and the accounts of its jobs reflect that mix. A number of customers describe solar system work in detail, including diagnosing panels that had stopped producing, and the replacement of an ageing array plus a faulty inverter.

A number of reviews mention punctuality and reliability, noting that a system was checked the day after a call and that a team arrived on schedule for electrical work at a rental property, where power points, lights, switches, fans and air conditioning units were replaced over three days. Craig is named by a customer who described daily updates with photographs during that job, and friendliness is a point that comes up often, alongside a straightforward and patient approach when discussing options.

Customers also value the clear communication from the office through to the installation crew, and the tidy manner in which the work was completed. The recurring themes are efficient service, helpful diagnosis of solar faults, and tradespeople who explain the job without pressure. Solar repairs and air conditioning installations remain the work most often described, with Craig and his team named for the care taken on larger property jobs.

Warning to others... I cancelled my appointment with this company well in advance, but they still sent someone out and issued me an invoice for a visit I didn’t agree to, claiming they received no call for cancellation. No services were provided, no upfront pricing, yet they chased me through debt collectors for ~$200. Seems to have happened to many others as per reviews. Interesting that five-star reviews are vague, while detailed negative experiences like mine show a consistent pattern. Take note and beware, stay away! Make sure to lodge any complaints through Office of Fair Trading and ACCC.

Very happy with the service, I contacted CRM on Monday about my solar inverter not working and on Tuesday they checked my system and replaced the faulty inverter.

Don't go anywhere else for your solar systems. Whole process from talking with the receptionist to the boys installing it on site was excellent. Very simple and easy to understand, not overly pushy and patient

CRM were very helpfull in diagnosing the previous not running solar panels. 15 years old with much water ingress. they removed the old and installed the new. Unfortunately we no longer get the original 44c /KWhr.

CRM was very helpful in fixing our aircons highly recommend them, they booked us in straight away and fixed them first go. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Good friendly service, efficient and on time. The boys at crm did a great job with our power issues we had at our property. Will recommend to family and friends

Regases the AC and informs AC is repaired. Monday I was in Brisbane and had a house sitter for the animals. Different Technician arrives and informs house sitter he is there to fix the AC. Technician informed house sitter AC has no gas. Repaired leak and nitrogen charged system to check it holds presure. Technician x2 returned a few days latter to nitro charge system???? Am informed by Technician that the system has a large leak that can be audibly heard by ear. Charged $750 to be told my AC has a leak. They didn't repair the leak and AC still with no gas. CRM were informed the AC had a leak before arriving. Case went to QCAT but unfortunately my wife was in hospital for 3 weeks in Brisbane when the case was heard in Rockhampton.
