CONNECTED

Households and businesses around Rockhampton have called on CONNECTED for electrical and air conditioning work across several years, and the accounts left by those clients describe a dependable, communicative operation. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is how quickly jobs are scheduled, with requests lodged at short notice attended to the following morning. Reviews regularly refer to punctuality, with tradespeople arriving at the agreed time, and work areas left clean once the job was finished.

The standard of the finished result draws regular praise, whether the task involves general electrical work, the installation of a new outdoor power outlet, or the replacement of an old split system with a new air conditioning unit. Customers in several reviews describe the advice offered before work begins, including discussion of available options and clear explanations of what each choice involves, with alternatives quoted so a decision can be made.

Named team members, among them Scott, Karen, Craig and Jess, are acknowledged for a friendly and helpful manner, and the business is described as informative about the work being requested. Reliability is a recurring theme, with tasks often completed in a single visit rather than spread over several, alongside pricing customers consider fair. Long-standing clients report returning for multiple jobs over the years, including air conditioning repairs that avoided an unnecessary replacement.

Professional and friendly service from everyone in the team. Highly recommend.

Had great service, was kept in the loop about timing, tidy workman, happy to recommend.

Highly recommend Scott and his team from Connected. Have used them a couple of times now, fast service at affordable prices.

Connected Electricians team did a great job installing my Tesla wall charger. Reagan was friendly, quick, and professional — everything looks perfect. Highly recommend them!

Extremely messy… tools were thrown at random places around the house; very slow, with a questionable tradie etiquette. Regret dealing with and do not recommend to anyone

Scott did a wonderful job in fixing our aircon so we didn’t need to replace it. It was a minor job and to replace the whole part would have been over $400. Thanks heaps Scott!
