Simon did an excellent, tidy job changing ceiling and down lights in my bathroom at a competitive price. He was on time, courteous and friendly. With his knowledge of building regulations and technical skills he is highly recommended.

Simon the electrician was friendly and arrived on time. He gave me three options and explained each one very well so that I understood exactly what was involved. Great fast service from Mister Washer. I need a fast job on the day called in the morning at 8 am and they answered the phone and made service call for 2 hours late. Kent was fantastic. He was on time, patient, took care to identify the issue (he could not find any) however, he spent some time with the unit to ensure that it was safe to operate and advised what I could do if the problem re-occurred. He also gave me a quote if I wanted to change the unit in the future. Kent is a good conversationalist and very respectful and a credit to your team. This is the first time that Kent has been out to our unit (we have had Simon come over a few times to fix issues that we have encountered in the past). It was a pleasure meeting Kent today. Having used your services in the past, I am happy with the quality of your tradespeople and the quality of the work that they carry out. Thank you for your quick and efficient support all along.

We had Simon come from electrician to the rescue he was punctual friendly and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it even the phone conversation I had to book Simon the day before was great courteous and professional. The lady I had even stayed back half an hour to call me back to see when we could do the booking would highly recommend electrician to the rescue.
