Dr Emergency Electrician

Emergency electrical repairs are the recurring subject of feedback for this operator, with reviewers describing rapid call-outs for faults and failures at short notice. Several customers mention that problems were addressed within an hour of contact, and that the response felt professional and unhurried under pressure. Zaki, also referred to as Zak, is named repeatedly for his expertise and straightforward manner, with customers commenting that he explained what needed doing rather than pushing unnecessary work. His advice on maintaining systems and avoiding repeat call-outs comes up often, as does the reasonable level of his quotes and the honesty customers associate with his assessments.

The scope of jobs described is broad, covering power point checks, ceiling light connections, stove wiring, smoke alarm replacement, doorbell hard wiring and larger solar and battery installations. Reviewers characterise the work as thorough and the communication as consistent before and after each visit, with one noting that questions were answered even while the electrician was away. Repeat business is a common thread, with households returning for different electrical needs and recommending the service to others.

Quick and efficient. No pressure and came out quickly for the late night emergency call. Very professional.

Prompt and reliable for our after hours call out! Thank you for your help

Zac was very quick and officiant , he solved our problem immediately , very nice and polite young men, I would recommend him anytime

Zak was an absolute lifesaver. I experienced a complete power outage in my apartment at 11pm on a public holiday, and he came out promptly to help. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. He quickly identified and resolved the issue, and his dedication to helping even at such a late hour was truly impressive. What stood out even more was that he took the time to answer my follow-up questions afterwards via message, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, responsive, and committed to providing excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zak to anyone in need of an electrician. Thank you again for your outstanding help!
