Today Hass reminded me that humanity is still kind. I called him after hours, stressed and desperate for an electrician, and without hesitation he was happy to come out. But instead of taking advantage of the situation, he checked first, realised there was actually a power outage on my street, and told me straight away. No call-out fee, no games, no pressure. Especially after calling a major electrician company beforehand who wanted $380 upfront and kept stressing that it was non-refundable—clearly knowing they’d likely turn up and say it wasn’t an electrical issue—this honesty meant a lot. Genuine, ethical, and kind. People like Hass deserve all the support. Will definitely call him next time i have an actual problem!!!

Work quality was fine, they were efficient and did the job. Electrician was likeable as well. Price was obscene though. In total, they investigated for a fault, isolated a cable with a waterproof housing and replaced one switch on my switchboard. Total time spent was approx. 2 hrs. It cost $1,745 - this was after they attempted to charge me over $2k at first. I had to argue with them because the staff at head office told only the before 4pm call out fee $55 (I called at 2pm) but neglected to mention anything about a higher fee if arrival was after 4pm $220, then blatantly lied about it when I challenged the guy over the phone. They also quoted me prices exclusive of GST apparently, but nobody mentioned that till it came to payment - I managed to get them to go to the agreed prices being inclusive of GST but it was an unnecessary battle and left me with that feeling of getting screwed over. Not a pleasant experience, and will not use again, but as I said - no concerns over work quality so if you’re not price sensitive then they were fine.

Hass came out to repair my Meter box. We had a fire in there and he had to replace at the switches. Very polite and explained everything. Great service.
