Fantastic service all round, from quoting to attending to complete the works (wiring up of entire house). I made a few changes whilst the team was on site but this did not worry them. Great team of tradesmen/women. Would definitely recommend and will be using for any future works.

had an alarm installed last year, have contacted the business 6 times to have them assist us in setting it up, each time it was promised but nobody turned up

One of the least responsive electricians I've dealt with. No direct contact possible, all through a booking centre. Failed to quote ANY work at all despite attending site twice to note down scope and saying they would send a quote. Provided rough estimate of immediate works on the first day, then invoiced ~50% more with zero trade/labor breakdown. Used faulty data cabling and couldn't be bothered returning my calls until I threatened to appoint another electrician to fix and deduct cost of repairs from their invoice. Then finally showed up without bothering to check if I'd be home and interrupted an important meeting. Feel like I wasted enough time waiting on Dean and co. Have now switched to a more reliable electrician and requested our property manager not appoint them for any future servicing jobs.
