This was an unusual job request living in Sydney but supporting the person in Brisbane who had significant health issues with arranging the installation of two air cons. Jake made it all so easy and prioritised the job. The person had a health episode while Jake was on the job and with his wife provided sensitive care. I arranged for servicing and deep cleaning of 3 split system air conditioner units, and ask for assistance with fault finding of one of these units. Jake was excellent to deal with - he answered all of my initial questions over phone, and did not try and upsell unwanted services (something I have experienced with other suppliers). The pricing was competitive, and he was prompt with having the job complete.
