Tier One Electrical & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd.

Tier One Electrical & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd. is a name that comes up in Brisbane for air conditioning installation, and Jake is the tradesperson most accounts centre on. A number of reviews mention punctuality, clear communication and dependability, with queries answered promptly and visits carried out as arranged, even when workloads are heavy. The finished work draws consistent praise: downlight replacements, added powerpoints and split system units are described as neatly completed, with the site left tidy afterwards.

A handful of customers describe the quotes as fair and supplied quickly, sometimes over the phone. Taylor and Mitchell, who handled one installation, are remembered as efficient and pleasant. A detail many reviews return to is flexibility around tight schedules, including a job finished late in the afternoon, and sensitive, respectful handling when a client had a health episode during the work. Households return for further air conditioning and general electrical tasks, and the care shown by Jake and his wife on that occasion is singled out as going well beyond the trade itself.

If you want to just get a job done without worrying about anything then this is the way to go. I’ve had Jake over a few times for various types of jobs - no stress just exactly what I need each time. Super clean and respectable. Top notch outcome each time.

This was an unusual job request living in Sydney but supporting the person in Brisbane who had significant health issues with arranging the installation of two air cons. Jake made it all so easy and prioritised the job. The person had a health episode while Jake was on the job and with his wife provided sensitive care. Jake is pure gold if you not only want a highly professional and good value service but also a lovely human being.

I’m extremely impressed with the service I received when replacing my air-conditioning unit. From the start, the technician was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He walked me through the best options for my home, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me choose a system that suited my needs without any pressure or upselling. The installation itself was smooth, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. The new unit works beautifully — quieter, stronger, and far more efficient than my old one. He even made sure the area was spotless before he left and took the time to show me how to get the most out of the new system. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction, but he definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know and will happily call him again for any future aircon work. I must say the kids are enjoying themselves 😂 Thank you Jake & Rebecca

Exceptional Service and Quality Workmanship I recently hired Tier One Electrical for a single 2.5kW installation (This is second one with them), and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial quote to the final inspection, the entire process was seamless and professional. Professionalism & Communication: The team arrived on time. They were kind, polite, and extremely courteous, maintaining excellent communication throughout the job. They took the time to explain the scope of work, answer all my questions, and even provided functional overview of AC and remote usage. Quality of Work: The workmanship was truly top-tier. Everything was installed cleanly, correctly, and to the highest standards. They left the work area spotless, which is always a sign of a professional outfit. The attention to detail ensures that the job isn't just finished, but done right. For anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical services, Tier One Electrical is the only company I will use and recommend. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic job!

I arranged for servicing and deep cleaning of 3 split system air conditioner units, and ask for assistance with fault finding of one of these units. Jake was excellent to deal with - he answered all of my initial questions over phone, and did not try and upsell unwanted services (something I have experienced with other suppliers). The pricing was competitive, and he was prompt with having the job complete.

Despite a lots of workload, thank you for finishing everything responsibly. Jake was kind and communicated well. I’ll definitely use your services again if I have any electrical work in the future. 100% Recommanded!

Excellent to deal with from my first contact with Jake to quote and arrange air-conditioning installation, to dealing with Taylor and Mitchell who came to install. Efficient service, on time exactly when they said they would be here and lovely to deal with.
