EXCELLENT ELECTRICIANS - We couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship from D B Electrical Pty Ltd. Alan (Manager) was prompt, professional and informative in providing a quote and explained everything in a friendly manner. Their pricing was excellent with no hidden surprises. They did a wide range of work throughout our home, including installing downlights, replacing power points, outdoor lighting, ceiling fans, installing our oven, cooktop and rangehood, air conditioners and completing electrical work for our pool. From start to finish, the team of Alan, Kyle, Matt and Ryan were professional, friendly and incredibly reliable. They arrived on time every day, communicated clearly and completed all of the work to an exceptionally high standard. They also took great care to clean, remove all the rubbish, leaving everything spotless. I don't recommend this business, due to the unprofessional conduct of an employee of there's in the business van this afternoon in Indooroopilly. The driver sped through a give way sign, cutting me off and almost causing a collision. I would suggest you educate your employees. Update following business owner response: what a dismissive response to feedback! You’re all but denying what took place and defending your employees conduct. The appropriate action if you cared, would be to discuss this with your staff. Why you’d think the offender would report their offending to you, is insane.

Met one of the electricians from this company at a dog park, had a chat with him about a few various things, gave me some good perspective. Spoke to Alan and Ryan on the phone, had Blake out to do an installation, everything went very smoothly, they gave me options, got the quote with plenty of time, basically what you’d hope for when contracting any trade. Would recommend To anyone in the western suburbs.

Alan knows his stuff and went out of his way to accommodate any weird requests I had for the installation of smart devices. Kyle and Ryan did a great job across down lights, fans, smoke alarms and some other bits and pieces. I won’t even bother ever looking elsewhere for any electrical work in the future.

I have been getting DB Electrical for a number of years now, whenever I need an electrician, and always with excellent results. Recently, Kyle came to do some smallish jobs and I couldn't fault him. He was very efficient and polite and was able to complete the jobs within a reasonable time span. I will definitely continue to do business with DB Electrical because I know I can trust them to do a good job efficiently and without charging an unreasonable amount.
