Jamie was very informative on the job I was enquiring about & if I wanted him to go ahead he said he could do it today. He was courteous, friendly & kept you updated continually so you know when they are arriving at your home. Unfortunately I could not go ahead with the job.
Joshua Caswell demonstrated exemplary customer service from quoting for a myriad of lighting and fan products and services to their expert installation the following day. He impressed us with his flexibility to provide more add-ons when his job list for that day was more than full. This proves he has a remarkable strong work ethic and customer focused drive to exceed customers expectations. We greatly appreciate Joshua's attention to our needs and are delighted with the results he has achieved for us. Glen and Cathy Hynard (Taigum) July 2026
Jamie is an excellent solar technician. He is very thorough in evplaining to me the problems of my solar panels. He even go ahead to test the performance level. I highly recommend him to everyone.
Really friendly technician. Ashley was efficient and very knowledgeable about his trade. He would be welcomed back as needed. Job well done.
Our biggest thanks to J for taking on a mammoth job today. He serviced and cleaned five split system aircon units, updated piping on external aircon units, replaced a bathroom 3-in-1 light heater fan unit, installed a new ceiling fan with dimmer, and then installed not two or three interconnecting smoke alarms but a total of nine! J was extremely professional in his work and client engagement and we thank him for getting all this done in a day. Amazing!!
Ashley was very professional and done all the tasks quickly.Fitted numerous electrical sockets with usb ports in numerous rooms within the house.Highly recommended.
Josh was fantastic. He was very thorough and made it very easy to understand what repairs needed to be done when he sent through the fully detailed written quotes. His communication and updates throughout the time he was here was top notch. Thank you Josh. Thank you Static Electrics Brisbane. We received your flyer in our letterbox a few weeks back. Glad I kept it. Will definitely keep you guys on file.
