Speedy Electrical

Word of mouth around this Brisbane operator centres on how quickly jobs are taken on and finished. Repeat clients and commercial premises describe requests being handled without fuss, from a garage door outlet and outdoor or stairway lighting to a replacement vanity light, a four-switch panel that needed a new circuit, and a power supply run for a newly built garden structure. Arrival times are a point that comes up often, including a storm-related outage where a phone call late in the evening led to attendance the following morning.

Neat finishing is raised repeatedly, as is fair pricing and invoicing kept exact by a hotel operator who relies on urgent guest-safety faults being sorted promptly and after-hours help remaining courteous. Richard is credited with organising bookings swiftly, while Dan and Ben are named for patience and for talking customers through each stage, including one NBN upgrade that needed liaison with a telco support technician. Independent advice earns praise as well, such as a customer told a non-functioning battery backup belonged with a solar specialist rather than further electrical work, and difficult installations delivered to the standard expected.

After having our whole-house water filter system installed by another gas and plumbing company, they unfortunately neglected to inform us that they had unplugged the gas heater ignitor, leaving our granny flat without hot water. I contacted Speedy Electrical and within a week they had a technician, Dan Marton, come out to help. Dan was lovely, professional, punctual, and even sent a notice of arrival before getting here. He listened carefully to the issues, fixed the electrical plug, added another outlet to allow the heater to run properly again, and also repaired an isolation switch for our kitchen stove — all completed within about an hour. Super happy from start to finish with the whole process. Fair and honest pricing, excellent workmanship, and fantastic customer service. Everything was truly above and beyond. I’ll definitely be using them again for any and all electrical work in the future.

I needed a quick job done in a hurry and true to their name, Speedy assisted. Richard was quick to organise and Dan was prompt to attend. Efficient, neat and well-priced service.

I was first introduced to Speedy Electrical 9 years ago through Hi Pages. After receiving great service and high quality work I reached out once more when I wanted to install a security sensor light. Richard was a huge help guiding me through his recommendations and was clear with the pricing structure. The installer, Nick, was experienced, thorough, detailed and didn't muck around. The light itself and even it's installed location is so much better than I expected. I am moving into an apartment at the end of the year and will definitely be reaching out again for the few ideas I have. Thank you Team! **Additional** I have now done a third and fourth project with Speedy Electrical and yet again, absolutely amazing service! This time Richard introduced me to Dan who has a very high attention to detail and passionate for doing all he can to bring my visions to life. The largest part of this job was custom LED light stripping for my 4 meter wardrobe. Dan got all of the parts custom made for exactly what I wanted and did all he could to hide the wiring as much as possible as the wardrobe was exisiting. He took me on the journey to make sure I was 100% happy and boy am I! He also installed 5 Phillips Hue strip lights hiding the power cables plus quite a few power and data point moves/installs. Dan also did a seperate job for my In-laws changing their hardwired downlights to plug and socket plus installing a strip light in their kitchen. The quality and detail of the work that Dan did for us all was absolutely amazing. He was efficient, tidy, genuine, respectful and a great guy. I was also very happy with the pricing. I will absolutely be going back to Speedy for my next electrical project! Thank you!

Speedy Electrical sorted out my NBN upgrade set up issues quickly and in a friendly manner, talking through issues on the phone with my telco support tech which was a huge help in detangling the situation. I could not have managed that without Dan from Speedy. He really went the extra mile and was so patient and got it all up and running perfectly. Highly recommend.

Richard took my call late at night following a storm that left us without power. He provided assistance over the phone and sent a technician the next day to help us. The service was fast and efficient and supportive during a time of need. Highly recommend

I approached Speedy Electrical for advice concerning a battery system that didn't function as a backup. Richard devoted considerable time and effort in establishing that my proposed solution wouldn't work and that the problem was a matter for a solar system specialist. Much appreciated!

Speedy Electrical has done work on our property 3 times so far. The quality of their work has always been excellent; they are very easy to deal with and they have done a great work delivering what we wanted, despite being a difficult job. I highly recommend them.
