SA METRO Electrical

SA METRO Electrical draws consistent praise for the professionalism shown across a wide range of jobs, and Ahmed stands out as the figure customers most often name in their accounts. Several reviewers describe him as prompt and approachable, while the wider crew earns similar credit for the standard of work delivered. A recurring theme is reliability, with punctual attendance and quick completion of tasks mentioned frequently, including same-day service on one occasion. Ceiling fans, added power points, down-lights, dimmers, outdoor heaters, exhaust fans in wet areas, security cameras and wall-mounted televisions all feature among the completed installations.

Communication before and during the work is another point that comes up often, covering straightforward arrangements and helpful suggestions offered when original plans needed adjusting. Cleanliness is noted repeatedly, with teams taking care to protect the property and tidy up once finished. Customers describe quotes as fair and competitive, and patience shown towards planning errors is treated as a mark of good service. The willingness of one household to engage the team a second time suggests satisfaction that endures beyond a single visit. Ahmed and his tradesmen feature prominently in accounts of installations carried out efficiently and to a good standard.

I can see here that Ahmed does not need my review - it's 5 star all the way! But to add - I am a repeat customer and not only is Ahmed and his team professional, honest, reliable and very very fair in his pricing, the after-service is second to none. When I had questions or queries regarding the workings of the components he responded immediately in real time without hesitation and without making me feel like a bother. Thank you Ahmed and team for your services, the old fashion kind!

They were great. Simple to talk to, easy process. And they came within the week. Thank you guys!

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. Highly professional, fairly priced, and always a pleasure to deal with. I’d recommend them without hesitation, thank you!

Great service. Easy to contact and organise work to be completed. Had light fixture altered after other services were unable to alter. Cleaned up after themselves. Friendly and open to surggestions.
