Emergency electrical work in Bundaberg forms the core of the feedback recorded for this business, and the recurring theme is responsiveness when a fault cannot wait. Several accounts describe calls placed late at night, after other local electricians advertising around-the-clock availability had failed to answer, with this team picking up and arriving within a couple of hours. The workmanship is repeatedly characterised as professional and thorough, including a job that proved less straightforward than it first appeared.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the absence of automated messages, which those calling found reassuring when they needed a person on the line rather than a recording. Reviewers also note that the electricians remained on site until the problem was resolved, in one instance working well past midnight towards one in the morning, and that they coordinated the required repairs with Ergon so the household had less to arrange afterwards. Prompt attendance, clear dealing and a willingness to see an urgent after-hours fault through to completion are the strands running across the accounts, with emergency call-outs and complex fault-finding standing out as the work most often praised.

In a word: EXCELLENT

Highly recommend Ando's Electrical. At 11pm we had a serious electrical issue & after phoning several electricians in the area who advertise as 24/7, only Ando's would answer their phone & had no annoying pre-recorded message like others. Ando's stayed to fixed the problem till 1am in the morning & were great to deal with, even arranged necessary repairs with Ergon so it was one less thing we had to do. Thanks guys.

Not even interested in helping with a qoute, was told "sounds serious,na we're busy",dont waste your time with this company

When no one else would turn up Ando's were here in a couple of hours. Excellent job done as well - what should have been simple was not and they were thoroughly professional. Highly recommended.

Prompt, professional & thorough.
