Very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and got the cook top working again and then helped us choose a replacement oven. He was able to come back and install it and take the old oven away. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and at a good price.

This amazing technician talked me through on the phone how to switch off auto defrost, remove a panel, clear the duct of ice and how the settings should be to prevent it happening again. All whilst driving home after hours then wouldn't accept payment over the phone. Saved me $300 in meat, thank you so much.

Very good service and results for a fair price. I found APEX to be extremely helpful with repair of my fridge that had a fault over the Xmas period. Kay visited, explained what it could be and why, then worked in with my availability to complete the repair at 6pm. He had it fixed in no time and even was able to fix my faulty microwave whilst there given I had the part. I'd recommend this business to anyone.

We had trouble with our LG Fridge freezer and l called Kay and he explained how to defrost the freezer..called back after freezer did same thing at 7.15am and he said he would be out to look at it at lunch and arrived at time stated Great service and a very helpful and pleasant man..
