Powertech Electrical Group 24 hours

Emergency electrical call-outs, after-hours fault finding and general electrical work are the services customers most often describe in feedback for Powertech Electrical Group in Sydney. A name that recurs throughout the accounts is Mario, whose responsiveness is a consistent theme, with clients recalling that he reached them within an hour of calling, including late at night and during a public holiday dinner. Reviewers often mention punctuality, noting that he arrives exactly when he says he will and sets out the fault clearly before beginning. Diagnostic work on complicated wiring in older terraces is described as thorough and efficient, with power restored the same day.

Praise also extends to larger projects, from a minor repair to a major installation, and one client had an illuminated logo fitted for a business. Patience, transparency about the work involved and a willingness to take on board a customer's practical and aesthetic requirements are qualities that come up often. Charges for emergency attendance are described as reasonable, and the calm manner in which stressful situations are handled is noted warmly, particularly around an alarm fault that was put right promptly. High standards and close attention to detail are held in regard across the accounts.

Emergency call out was quick and easy, friendly and made a stressful situation a lot better!
