Paton's Electrical Services

Prompt, tidy and well-priced work is the theme that runs through the feedback on Paton's Electrical Services in Hervey Bay. A handful of customers describe the electricians as punctual, arriving when scheduled and completing jobs efficiently, whether swapping an old ceramic cooktop for an induction model, installing a ceiling fan or oven, rewiring for a stovetop, or fitting air conditioning.

Reviews time and again mention that the team is courteous and respectful, listening to concerns and offering feedback rather than rushing through the task. Cleanliness comes up again and again, with customers noting that the tradespeople leave the property neat and tidy, and the same care is said to extend to ongoing maintenance across multiple rental properties. Administrative staff who take calls are described as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making the booking and quoting process straightforward.

Luke is named in one account as professional, helpful and accommodating, and the wider crew is praised for being easy to talk to and willing to take on small jobs without long waits. Fair pricing is a recurring point, with customers describing the cost as affordable and the service as consistently efficient across repeat visits. Air conditioning installation and appliance replacement feature most often among the completed jobs.

Very prompt, the 2 electricians attending where thorough, very courteous, respectful and listened to our concerns and provided us with feedback to follow up with.

Swapped out an old ceramic for induction cook top. Fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Paton's Electrical Services. They are the absolute best. They go that extra mile. I cannot thank them enough. Best tradesmen ever.

I had an electrical problem with my lights. I called Patons Electrical and they came the same day and addressed the problem. The two that came were very helpful and both had missed lunch so that they could do my job. The problem was fixed and when they left they cleaned up and took the rubbish with them. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again. I got another surprise when the invoice came. It was cheaper than I thought it was going to be.

Could not be happier with the work done by Paton's Electrical. All obstacles were overcome with efficiency and timeliness. Great company to deal with. Thank you.

Consumer be aware especially when agreeing to using this company through the Good Guys. My strong advice is to choose your own electrician.
