Eternal Electrical

In Hervey Bay, Eternal Electrical has built a following through work that spans home wiring, lighting, ceiling fans, fire and smoke alarms, security cameras and networking. Customers describe a team that is punctual, polite and thorough, arriving when promised and finishing jobs to a high standard. Several reviewers highlight the care taken inside their homes, noting that shoes are removed before entering and that offcuts and dust are cleared away, leaving the property as tidy as it was found.

Communication is another recurring theme, with questions answered clearly and every step of the process explained, from the initial quote through to the completed installation. Reviews time and again mention the friendliness of the crew, and Tom is singled out by name for his approachable manner. The same-day quoting for fire alarm work and the speed of booking in subsequent jobs are noted as efficient. Ceiling fans, power points, shed connections and camera systems all appear among the completed work, and customers describe the results as neat and well finished.

Lovely friendly crew punctual and completed all the jobs we asked them to do,had respect for our home whilst working inside. I would highly recommend Tom and his team.

Very professional and helpful company to deal with. Prompt and courteous service by the contractors who came out to quote and then complete the job. They ran into some problems no one could foresee but worked their way through it. Absolutely recommend this business.

Great work guys. You were friendly, efficient, helpful, punctual and work looks great. Many thanks.

We cannot recommend this business highly enough! Not only are they professional, but they are also knowledgeable and answer any questions you may have. If you are after friendly down-to-earth service, these are your guys hands down.

The two young men who installed my video cameras and spotlight were very polite and professional. Both were extremely helpful throughout the process. One of the young men who set up the security app on my phone had some difficulties, but he stayed until the job was fully completed, even after 4 p.m. I am happy to recommend your services to anyone

Rob and I were very happy with the work done for us . The ceiling fans work well and look good. Thank you for prompt service.

Lovely team to deal with, came out straight away which was greatly appreciated, explained everything fully and with great advice, and gave us the most effective solution they could. Will be my go to guys for electrical now, and highly recommend.
